Opt-outs show numbers that have asked not to receive messages.
How STOP Works
- When a customer sends STOP or another opt-out keyword, Quacker records that phone as blocked for future outbound messaging.
- Outbound attempts to opted-out contacts are blocked before sending.
- If policy allows opt-in later, START, YES, or UNSTOP can restore messaging.
